ADMISSION ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2017/2018
MODE OF APPLICATION FOR APPLICANTS FOR THE DIPLOMA PROGRAMMES
Applicants should visit CUHAS website, download and fill in the application form and
submit their applications directly to the College/University. Please
attach copies of your Form 4 (‘O’ Level), Form 6 (‘A’ Level), Birth
Certificate and 2 passport size photographs with a non-refundable
application fee of Tshs. 30,000/- by postal order or paid through the
University Bank Account No. 01J1054045500 with CRDB.
Minimum General Entry Requirements (DMLS, DDR, DPS)
A
holder of form VI certificate (“A” Level) with one principal and two
subsidiaries in the sciences subject of Biology, Chemistry, Physics or
Mathematics OR A holder of form IV certificate (‘O’ Level) of secondary
school Education or its Equivalent with three credit in Biology,
Chemistry, Physics or Mathematics
Equivalent Qualification Requirement:
Laboratory
Assistant/ Pharmaceutical Assistant/Radiographic Assistant from
recognized institution with at least two year of clinical laboratory
experience/ pharmacy practice/radiographic experience, provided the
applicant has two passes in science subjects in ordinary level secondary
education.
